Quiet time means planning time

It's quiet and the house is cleaned up....when does that happen!?!
My work time consists of a power hour of where I read personal development & have a "quiet time" and then get my challenge groups set up for y’all.
Meal plans are in the works...encouraging and motivating posts are being drummed up...
I'm really putting my heart into this friends! I'm an RN by trade and I love what I do...so much that I want to bring it into my home business too! If I can help you to become healthier, more confident, stronger people by encouraging you and believing in you, and coaching you...then that makes me fulfilled!
I still have 2-5 more spots to fill in my March 14th group. My target audience for this group are busy people: moms, career folk, working moms, RNs, police officers, firefighters, EMTs, MDs, etc. If you're busy...I want to help you!
