During Break from 22 Min Hard Corps Cardio 1 Dang is it hard!!! I love it and hate it at the same time! Usually I
don't mix well with Tony Horton's "hard ass" style but in this series,
he is more of a drill sergeant keeping you going.
Today was my
first day doing the workouts in order. It was Cardio 1 and Core 1 but I
had limited time to get it done so I just did Cardio. Tomorrow I will
make up for missing Core and will complete Resistance 1.
I actually love the meal plans in 22 Minute Hard Corps a lot better than I did with the 21 Day Fix. Shhhhh....don't tell Autumn! :) The
recipes are delicious and don't take a lot of time to fix up...and they
still use the Fix container system. It's great. Here are pics of the
recipes and my lunch today (Sesame Chicken w/sugar snap peas, brown
rice, and asparagus). |
