As always, I want to say that I'm not a fitness or nutrition professional and I don't claim to know everything there is about fitness & nutrition. I am however, an RN and I do know about fitness, the body, and how eating clean effects us. I am always open to constructive criticism (if it's done kindly) and would love pointers and tips from other fitness/nutrition professionals who have been in this field a lot longer than I have!
